Dual Credit

AP Advance placement classes and tests allow students to get on the fast track to college by giving them an opportunity to earn college credit while still in school.

CLEP exams help you obtain college credit for what you already know.

Explore different avenues to earn college credit while you are still in high school. Some choices offer college credit through training and others through testing. Find the dual credit opportunity that works for you.

Tech Prep  provides career pathways for high school students. Tech Prep classes are taught at the high schools or skills center and integrate academics with technical development to prepare students for advance education and careers related to professional/technical career.

Running Start is a program that allows 11th and 12th graders to take college courses at Washington's community and technical colleges earning both high school and college credit at the same time without paying tuition.

College in the High School programs provide college level academic courses to 10th, 11th, and 12th graders. Courses are taught a the the high school, by high school teachers, with college textbooks and oversight by college faculty and staff. Students pay tuition.
